Sharda Manipon serves as a Board Member of Just Free International, where she helps advance the organization’s mission to prevent human trafficking, support survivors, and strengthen community partnerships that promote justice, freedom, and restoration.

 

A strategic project management leader with more than 15 years of experience across healthcare, financial services, and technology, Sharda brings expertise in governance, organizational strategy, stakeholder engagement, operational excellence, and collaborative leadership. Throughout her career, she has successfully led complex initiatives, built high-performing partnerships, and guided cross-functional teams in delivering meaningful, measurable results.

 

Having called Hampton Roads home for more than two decades, Sharda is passionate about serving her community and creating opportunities that empower individuals and families. She is particularly committed to expanding community awareness, strengthening collaborative relationships, supporting fundraising initiatives, and helping organizations build sustainable solutions that create lasting impact for survivors of human trafficking.
